The National Skills Advancement Programme is a large institutional initiative involving government departments, training providers, and private-sector partners. The programme faced governance complexity, unclear reporting lines, and challenges in tracking delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Elevate Advisory Group was engaged to strengthen governance and delivery assurance. We supported the establishment of clear oversight structures, clarified stakeholder roles, and introduced structured reporting and monitoring frameworks. Our work enabled leadership to track progress, manage risks, and improve coordination across programme partners.
